•   Started as a helper in the elevator industry.

•   Quickly advanced to the foremen helper on large construction job sites.

•   After completing several construction jobs I had the opportunity to work as the adjustor’s

     helper.

•   Elevated from helper to Temporary mechanic in 1981 construction department.

•   Worked as a temporary mechanic; was elevated to foremen where I ran multicar construction

     installations.

•   In 1983 I passed the NEIEP (National Elevator Industry Educational Program) educational test and received my Mechanics Certificate.

•   Spent two years installing and adjusting hydraulic elevators.

•   Became a full time adjustor 1985 responsible for adjustment and turnover of all products

     under my control to the customer.

•   Worked with consultants and inspectors on construction applications.
