AEC provides vertical transportation Capitol Planning Services.  Our field experience gives us an edge in determining how long each piece of equipment will last. This service will give you the information necessary to prepare your capital planning budget.

We stand ready to perform an evaluation of your equipment and establish the remaining life as well as identify problematic equipment that has out lived its net useful life.  In some cases, the maintenance provider has let the equipment slip into a state that forces the owner to modernize/upgrade before its intended time.  We provide watchdog services that assist in bringing the equipment back to life therefore eliminating entrapments and shut downs.  This approach leads to our constant interaction with the maintenance provider.  We provide deficiency lists and direction on repairs of the current equipment.

ADA and Code Compliance Review

The ADA and its implementing regulations place numerous obligations on property owners, employers, local and state governments, retail establishments, places of public accommodation and commercial facilities.
