AEC offers a comprehensive selection of services to assist you when constructing or modernizing your vertical transportation system.
Shop Drawings
AEC will conduct a site visit at your project location and take measurements needed to create Shop Drawings.
Shop Drawings will include (but not limited to) sectionals, hoistway layout, machine room layout, and pit layout.
Traffic Analysis
Improving your vertical transportations performance can maximize the number of people you transport through your building.
We perform building modeling and system performance analysis using simulation software. The program analyzes floor areas, floor heights, population densities and anticipated traffic demand. The results will yield the optimal number, speed, size and arrangement of elevators desired for optimal flow. We can simulate many possible configurations and determine the optimal system meeting architectural, structural and cost requirements and can customize our models to replicate special circumstances as necessary.
Peer Review
With 41 years of service in the field AEC is highly qualified to provide Peer Review Services.
We will review other professionals work product or recommendations for accuracy and submit our professional opinion on a case by case basis.
Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Coordination
AEC provides project coordination for all specialty fields. Our onsite experience provides expert coordination at all levels of the project including implementation and scheduling site inspections as required in a timely manner.
In many cases sub systems will need to be updated to comply with the latest and current code. These systems often include power feeders, HVAC installations as well as many other sub-systems.
